The Chapter & Verse Book Club will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 15 to discuss In a Heartbeat, by Loretta Ellsworth, and Lucy Long Ago, by Catherine Thimmesh. Chapter & Verse, which is led by Vicki and Steve Palmquist of the Children’s Literature Network, is a book club for adults who love to read children’s books. The group consists of a number of teachers (current and retired), librarians, parents, and other adults who have a strong interest in children’s literature. All are welcome to attend!
