Patsy writes\, "\;The only way we could do it was to extend ourselves and 'pay it forward' to the families who were still living the life we no longer had to."\; It was this sentiment that established Spare Key in 1997.

When his service ended in 1945\, Fraser returned to his home state of Wisconsin. Here he met his wife Marion and attended college\, studying English education. A dedicated soldier\, teacher\, and family man\, Phil Fraser shares the laughs and lessons of his life.
