The Chamber Singers are a select group of musicians from Wayzata's Concert Choir who spend the holiday season performing traditional holiday songs in different locations throughout the community. We are delighted to have them with us that evening.

The Bookcase welcomes Jess Elmquist, author of The Christmas Riddle, to our store at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18 to read from, discuss, and sign copies of his book.

The Christmas Riddle is inspired by a true story. When young Jess' life is turned upside down by his little brother's cancer he suddenly finds himself far from home. Through an unexpected friendship with Miss Pixley, Jess is offered a refuge in her magical world and the story of the Christmas Riddle. Enter into the journey of Christmas and in coming to terms with the presence of joy and pain, teaching us "what gift is small, yet larger than all."
