Higson is the author of the popular Young James Bond series of books for middle readers. He will be here specifically to promote the newest title in the series, By Royal Command, which is set to be released on May 18.

The Bookcase is extraordinarily honored to be welcoming New York Times best-selling children’s writer Rick Riordan to Wayzata Community Church on Monday, May 10 at 6:30 p.m.
Riordan is the author of the immensely popular Percy Jackson & the Olympians series of books, including: The Lightning Thief, The Sea of Monsters, The Titan’s Curse, The Battle of the Labyrinth, and The Last Olympian.
Riordan will be on hand to celebrate the release of his new book, The Red Pyramid, which is the first book in his new series, The Kane Chronicles.
The Red Pyramid will go on sale nationwide on Tuesday, May 4. You can pre-order copies by calling The Bookcase at (952) 473-8341.
Tickets to the event, which will be held at Wayzata Community Church, are now on sale (in person) at The Bookcase. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Tickets will also be available at the event. However, the event is expected to sell-out -- so we advise customers to purchase their tickets as early as possible.
Tickets may be redeemed after the event for their face value in merchandise at The Bookcase.
